without prior proof of up to date vaccinations.

Health Requirements for Admission to Seneca Hill Resort & Spa

DOGS

 UNALTERED DOGS OVER 9 MONTHS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO SENECA HILL. MALES MUST BE NEUTERED AND 
 FEMALES SPAYED. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.


Rabies Vaccine: administered at least 2 weeks before entry & current per manufacturer.
Puppies must have vaccine by 16 weeks; and it is not necessary to have 2 week waiting period.


DHPP Vaccine: administered at least 2 weeks but not more than 3 years before entry.
Puppies must be current in vaccine series injections.


Bordetella Vaccine: administered at least 5 days but not more than 6 months before entry.
Puppies must have bordetella 5 days before entry too.

Fecal Examination: negative fecal within 3 months of admission. Can be obtained at admission.


CATS

Rabies Vaccine: administered at least 2 weeks before entry & current per manufacturer. 
Kittens must have vaccine by 16 weeks; and it is not necessary to have 2 week waiting period.

FVRCP Vaccine: administered at least 2 weeks but not more than 3 years before entry.
Kittens must be current in vaccine series injections.

All guests will be inspected for the presence of fleas and ticks. They must be on a monthly
regimen of Frontline.

 

If your pet is less than 1 month overdue for vaccination, we will administer the needed
vaccine on admission. If your pet is more than 1 month overdue for vaccination he/she
will not be allowed to stay at the Resort.

RESERVATION POLICY
 
A TWO-DAY DEPOSIT is required for OFF-PEAK periods.
A THREE-DAY DEPOSIT is required for PEAK periods.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE MADE FOR EARLY PICK-UP.

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE MADE WITH A 7 DAY NOTICE OF CANCELLATION.
There is an additional charge of $37 per pet for early check-ins and late check-outs

THERE WILL BE NO STAFF AVAILABLE TO CHECK IN OR OUT GUESTS.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICIES
Check-in: Mon thru Fri 3 to 7:30 •  Sat 8 to 1:30 • Sun 1 to 4:30
Check-out: Mon thru Fri 9 to 12PM • Sat 8 to 1:30PM •  Sun 1 to 4:30
THERE IS A $37.00 FEE PER PET FOR EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT.

OFF HOURS PICK-UP / DROP OFF
THERE WILL BE A $100 CHARGE FOR PETS PICKED UP WHEN THE RESORT IS CLOSED.
NO EXCEPTIONS!

FOOD & MEDICATION

If you want The Resort to feed your food & snacks, each serving must be packaged in a baggie and labeled with the name, date, day and time of feeding, eg., Bowser, 12/2/10, Tues AM. We are sorry but we cannot accommodate large bags of food in the guest cubbies.

The same packaging must be done for medications.


PERSONAL ITEMS

Each guest may bring only three personal items. Each item must have the pet's name marked with a
laundry pen if it is expected to be returned. We encourage you to bring the pet's favorite blanket or bed to ease the stress of separation.

Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience,
we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, and Personal Checks.
