Appointment Policy
Whenever possible, routine exams, vaccinations and consultations for special problems should be scheduled in advance. If your pet is a new patient, please try to bring any previous medical and vaccination history on the day of your appointment. Sick pets will be given an appointment with the first available doctor. We try to deal with each patient's needs as they arise. This may cause us to occasionally run late. In that event, we ask your patience and promise you the same comprehensive care for your pet. For an ongoing problem, we will try to have your pet treated by the same doctor or the doctor of your choice.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of all others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. |
