Fully enclosed building with five outdoor exercise areas.

Contains a full service Animal Hospital.

Twenty-two heating and air conditioning units for all-season comfort with complete air changes every
five minutes. The Resort was designed without gutters to eliminate bacteria and odor collection points.
Power floor scrubbers with anitbacterial and disinfectant washes are used to keep the area pristine.
Pets will be walked several times per day to keep mishaps at a minimum.

There will be one host for every ten guests.

A thorough admission check-in will promote a parasite free environment. Therefore, we ask you allow a minimum of 20 minutes for check-in.

Security cameras inside and out will aid in keeping all of our guests safe.

As an additional safeguard, all exits have double or triple doors.

A swimming pool is available for use by our guests. It is also availble for other functions.

An Agility Course is available for experienced guests.

Special Events - For those Party Animals, the indoor training room, swimming pool and agility
course are available for parties and other special events.Check with a Staff  Member for details.

The Building is equipped with an emergency generator to keep things running smoothly in
any situation.

14 Cat-O-Miniums are available in our Cattery off the main reception area
An enclosed 90 square foot living room, with color TV, easy chairs,a bay window and plenty of cat trees for the "just like home"ultimate relaxation of our feline guests.

Accommodations For Our Canine Guests
There are 3 two-room Estate Suites containing 105 square feet. Perfect for up to three guests.
(An average run is only 24 square feet) Each suite has an outside window, color TV, Toddler Bed with linens and piped in soothing music.

There is a choice of 38 Club Suites. Each Suite is9'x7.5'.(67.5 square feet). Each Suite has an
outside window, color TV, Toddler Bed with linens and piped in soothing music.

There are 42 extra large Cottages. Each Cottage is 6.5'x7.5'.(48.75 square feet). All Cottages have
raised sleeping accommodations with cushioned fleece bedding. All Rooms will have piped in
soothing music.
